Show your customers round the store yourself

A store advisor sends one customer or several a link and shows them round the store live: they see what the advisor shows them and can ask as they go. What they buy is credited to that advisor.

On the Free plan your team and your shoppers share 51 sessions a month. On Starter and Growth, your team's are unlimited.

On the Free plan you show customers round yourself. Starter adds a team of three, each with their own console, and Growth as many as you need.

Friendzy looks at your store and fills in most of the setup for you: what you sell, the pages that stay private, an optional reward, and how many visitors see it at first.

Your store comes first. Friendzy loads after it, and we test it every night on the themes stores actually use.

  2. Friendzy waits its turn The main script, about 340 KB, downloads in parallel and starts only once your page is ready. Nothing on your store waits for it.
  3. Served close to your shoppers Every file comes from Shopify's CDN or jsDelivr and stays in the browser's cache after the first visit.

Why so affordable?

Friendzy is a large, carefully built product, and it is also built in part with AI: a small team with more than 15 years of software engineering experience, working with AI tools, designs, writes, tests and supports it. That changes what software costs to make, and our prices reflect it. We charge for what it costs to build and run software today, not for what it used to cost.

Your first 14 days after installing are free and need no card. When they end, your store moves to the Free plan by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.

Starter and Growth start with 14 free days of their own, counted from when you approve the plan in Shopify. When those end, Shopify bills the plan every 30 days, unless you choose Switch to Free before then.

Reaching a plan's shared sessions never cuts anyone off. Shoppers who already use Friendzy keep it, invite links always work, and only shoppers who have never used it wait for the next month or a larger plan.
